Martin’s Fight
Martin Lav is a 14-month-old boy diagnosed with Schinzel-Giedion syndrome, a severe condition affecting multiple body systems.
With only about 50 to 80 reported cases worldwide, research and resources remain limited, but together we aimed to help Martin live a better tomorrow.
When we met Martin and his parents, we witnessed remarkable strength and resilience.
As part of our Hook of Hope Initiative, Global Fisherman sponsored a full-day fishing event and bazaar in Belgrade, Serbia, on September 21, 2023. The community’s gathering in support of Martin and his family was a meaningful success. We are deeply grateful to the sponsors, donors, and everyone who contributed to the event.
